This bread is a 7 Grain Giant loaf.that we hand cut, created by Jean Luc from La Baguette Bakery BVI exclusively for us here at The Trellis Kitchen. The difference is the wow quality of the bread and the ingredients we place in the sandwich.
You have your choice of Veggie,Ham,Turkey or Chicken.
Snapper,Grouper,Tuna,Butterfish,Flying Fish and Smoked Fish. Lobster rolled in sauces and Hennessey. The other sauces we inclide is a small layer of mayo and hot sauce and the Kuchela from Triniada and Tobago.The Kuchela makes it happen.
I found this blog about Kuchela,its a very cool site,but could I find a way of e mailing him ? Even smoke signals ? Anyway seeing his Blog " Hi Jevon" u know this guy is cool,like to meet him and cook some Rotis for sure...
